#10 Canna-Fruit Salad

Fresh fruit is always an excellent choice during the hot days ahead. This recipe is super simple, straightforward, and can be prepped in minutes.

All you need to have are refreshing fruits like bananas, blueberries, cantaloupe, strawberries, and kiwis. You can use whatever fruits you have on hand or would like to include.

You can even make it by using one or two types of fruit if that’s all you have. Once you have your fruit chopped and in a bowl, it's time to add the THC syrup.

  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1.5 cups cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

First, the cantaloupe must be blended. Start by cutting it in half, then cutting those pieces into quarters, then cut the flesh off. Chop it into smaller pieces and add the pieces to a blender and blend it until it is pureed.

Put all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender, and pulse until the mix is very finely chopped (like sand). #4 Cannabis Granola Bars

Granola bars are the perfect on-the-go snack because they're light and delicious. They're the perfect snack for those long summer hikes through the woods up north.

Our cannabis infused version is simple to make. The ingredients you'll need are:

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup Agave syrup (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (plus extra for the dish)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Your dose of THC syrup
  • chocolate chips or Nutella (optional)

First, turn on the oven and set it to 325°F. Next, coat the bottom and sides of an 8"x8" dish with coconut oil.

Add the oats, shredded coconuts, and sliced almonds to a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 15 minutes (or until brown). Take a medium pot and add in the brown sugar, agave syrup, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and THC syrup.

Heat the pot on low heat until all the sugar dissolves and everything combines smoothly. Pour the toasted oat mix into the pot and stir it thoroughly.

Pour out the entire mixture into the 8"x8" dish and let it cool. Once cool, cut the delicious block into bars. Optionally, you can melt some chocolate chips and pour them over the top or use Nutella for extra sweetness.

#3 Medicated Lemonade

Summer wouldn't be complete without a refreshing pitcher of lemonade ready to quench your thirst. Even better though is a pitcher of relaxing medicated lemonade!

Preparing weed lemonade is a cinch, all that's required is:

  • 1 & 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 8 cups of water
  • 1 & 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Your dose of THC syrup

Combine 1 cup of water and all the sugar in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a low boil. Let the sugar completely dissolve in the water.

Take the mixture off the heat and let it cool. Add in the THC syrup and stir vigorously, then refrigerate the mixture until it is chilled. Put the squeezed lemon juice in a pitcher along with the chilled sugar-water.

Add the remaining 7 cups of water, mix it up, and it's done. Add some ice cubes and lemon slices to really top it off with style.

#2 Super Easy Cannabis Ice Cream

We can all agree that ice-cream is fantastic year-round in Arizona, but summer is when ice cream is the best! Impress your friends (and yourself) with this easy ice cream cannabis infusion.

You'll only need three ingredients: 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 14oz (1 can) of sweetened condensed milk, and your dose of THC syrup. Make sure that the cream and condensed milk are cold.

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the cold heavy cream on medium to high speed until soft peaks form. Stop the machine and add in the chilled condensed milk and THC syrup.

Set the mixer to high and whip the mixture until stiff peaks form, and that's it - you have an ice cream base that you can use to make any ice cream flavor you want!

#1 Canna Iced Chai Latte

Forget about Starbucks - you'll fall in love with this iced chai latte. You'll be in a state of pure bliss not only due to the cannabis, but also from the extraordinary flavor.

You'll need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons (6 tea bags) black tea
  • 3 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star of anise
  • 10 cardamom pods
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • Ice cubes
  • Your dose of THC syrup

First, take the star anise, cloves, and cardamom pods and roughly chop or crush them. In a pot, add all of the ingredients EXCEPT for the milk, ice cubes, and vanilla extract.

On a low heat, simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes and strain the liquid through a strainer to get rid of all the spices.

Add the vanilla extract to the liquid and let it cool in the fridge for an hour. To make a cup of iced chai latte, take a glass and add in ice.
